Peace. My name is Amber / Stony / Stone (she/they) — a self-taught photographer based in Washington, D.C., shooting since spring 2016.

My work ranges from portraits to events and architectural photography, shot on both film and digital. My personal work is inspired by the drastic shifts the city has gone through — things that once were, and things that continue to grow from the heartbeat of Chocolate City.

I believe there's an intimacy between the eye and the subject. The final image is just the result of that connection. My greatest muses come from my community — their energy, their comfort, their freedom of expression.

I bring patience, presence, and precision. Whether it's a 2-hour portrait session or a full wedding day, you'll feel the difference when someone is genuinely paying attention to the moment.

Delivery

Edited gallery delivered via private link. Standard turnaround is 2–3 weeks. Rush 72-hour delivery is available for select sessions — just ask when you inquire.
